What Waago processes
Waago processes account, workspace, goal, task, collaboration, provider-routing, artifact, trace, and usage information needed to operate the service. The exact content depends on the features and providers a workspace chooses to use.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate Goal Spaces, route governed work, provide collaboration, create and retain artifacts, show trace and usage evidence, secure the service, and diagnose failures.
AI and providers
Content is sent to an external or local model provider only when a workspace configures and invokes that route. Provider terms and retention practices may also apply. Waago records the selected route so the source of an output remains inspectable.
Human control
Memory suggestions, consequential decisions, approvals, and finalization steps remain reviewable. Waago does not treat generated output as final solely because a model produced it.
Retention and access
Retention, export, deletion, and enterprise controls depend on workspace configuration and applicable law. Contact the service operator through your account relationship for a specific request.
