Why Waago exists

AI delivery moves faster.
Responsibility cannot disappear.

Consequential work needs a shared outcome, executable path, explicit judgment, and completion evidence.

The problem we chose

Speed is useful only when the team can still see what happened, who decided, and what was accepted.

Waago keeps the outcome, work, people, agents, decisions, deliverables, and completion evidence in one operating record. Agents can add momentum without turning responsibility into a prompt history.

Our operating belief

AI should expand what a team can deliver without making ownership, judgment, or evidence disappear.

Current operating posture

Evaluate what is verifiable today.

Waago is in private beta. We publish working product evidence and explicit boundaries without presenting samples as customer results.

  1. 01

    Product stage

Waago is currently available as a private beta. Features, quotas, availability, and operating limits may change during evaluation.

  2. 02

    Proof standard

Public sample workflows are labeled as samples. Product screenshots demonstrate working surfaces and do not stand in for customer outcome claims.

  3. 03

    Provider boundary

A workspace chooses which external provider, local gateway, or custom route to configure and invoke. The selected route remains inspectable.

  4. 04

    Commercial boundary

Beta reference plans are visible. Access, checkout, entitlements, support, deployment, security commitments, and final commercial terms remain private-beta gated and require written agreement.

Review the product boundary before bringing consequential work.

Start with the product flow, then review governance, Privacy, Terms, and beta reference pricing before evaluation.
