Beta reference plans

Price the operating system.
Keep model economics explicit.

Use these reference plans to compare people, agents, storage, and model economics. Checkout, entitlements, support, and written terms remain private-beta gated.

Monthly reference plans

Four levels. One accountable delivery model.

All amounts are monthly US-dollar references. Tier 1–3 use your own provider credentials; Top includes managed model capacity subject to fair use. Access remains private-beta gated.

BYOKBring your own model provider or gateway credentials. Provider charges are billed separately by that provider.

*Top managed-model capacity is capped at 10 billion tokens per month and governed by the fair-use policy. Workloads requiring guaranteed throughput or custom terms need a written agreement.

Persistent means no automatic plan-level expiry; deletion, account status, security, legal, and written retention terms still apply.

Managed-model data boundary

Context passes through.
Governance stays.

Managed routes do not persist request context. Waago retains only the operational metadata needed for metering, security, audit, and governance.

Review Waago governance
01

Request content

On Waago-managed routes, request content passes through for the invocation and is not stored by the Waago model layer.

02

Operational record

Actor, route, model, policy result, usage, status, and approval references remain available for audit and governance.

03

Workspace content

Content is retained only when it is intentionally saved through the product workflow, with workspace access and lifecycle controls.

Two model economics

Bring your route—or use ours.

Platform and model costs stay separate, so finance, security, and delivery teams see the same facts.

Tier 1–3

BYOK

Connect an approved provider, local gateway, or custom endpoint. Waago governs the route and records usage; the provider bills model usage separately.

  • Provider choice remains yours
  • Credentials stay referenced, not exposed
  • Priced and unpriced usage stays distinct
Top

Managed capacity

Use Waago-managed model capacity with a monthly token ceiling and fair-use boundary. Request context is not persisted by the Waago model layer.

  • Up to 10B tokens per month
  • Route and usage remain auditable
  • Custom throughput by written agreement

Plan details

Common procurement and security questions.

01Do Tier 1–3 include model tokens?

No. Tier 1–3 are BYOK plans. You connect an approved provider or gateway, and that provider's usage charges remain separate from the Waago platform fee.

02What is included with Top?

Top includes unlimited human seats, 50 agent slots, 200 GB of storage, and up to 10 billion managed-model tokens per month under the fair-use policy.

03How do additional human seats work?

The current reference model adds US$29 per month and 10 agent slots for each additional human seat. Final access, quotas, and commercial terms require private-beta review and written agreement.

04What does persistent Skills, Knowledge, and Memory mean?

These records have no automatic plan-level expiry. They remain available while the workspace is active unless an authorized user deletes them or retention, legal, security, or written commercial terms require otherwise.

05Does Waago retain model-request context?

On Waago-managed model routes, Waago does not persist the prompt or attached request context as model-request content. We retain operational metadata needed for metering, security, audit, and governance. Content you explicitly save to a Goal, Knowledge, Memory, or Artifact remains a governed workspace record.

06Can upstream model activity be audited?

Yes. Waago records the selected route, model, actor, task, policy result, approval reference, measured usage, status, and resulting execution trace. Third-party provider terms may still apply to BYOK routes.
